When Annaam came to his first vision workshop, he was in a hard work and struggle pattern.

He had big dreams and visions, but didn’t believe there was a way to get there except for overworking and pushing his way to success as a new agent in the life insurance arena.

A very reflective and spiritual person, Annaam had always been uber aware of his thoughts and his actions, but didn’t know how to make that a friendly awareness, and not one of self-judgement and criticism. 

Creating his vision launched a rocket of desire in Annaam- he realized he had big dreams for this lifetime. The only thing missing in his vision was love.

Lauren asked him about that, and his honest answer was, "I just don’t really believe love is possible." He had been burned and hurt in several relationships. To him, love was synonymous with heartache.

Through the Soul Savvy blueprint and support from Lauren, Annaam became fired up with his vision. His passion for success and helping others ignited something in him. As he applied the Soul Savvy tools and blueprint to his life, everything started to shift. 

Annaam Hit Executive Council in his company, something unheard of for a first year agent, and also received the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award.

When Rebecca attended The Vision Workshop, she didn’t even have enough money to buy the gas it would take her to drive 30 miles to the event.

She bartered with someone for a ride. Even though she was an expert in her career field, low self confidence, past traumas, and family dynamics got in the way of her achieving her goals.

At her first vision workshop, she was still dealing with post-traumatic stress and brain fog from a trauma she had endured in a past relationship, which made it hard for her to focus for any length of time, and her business suffered for it.

When she explored her longings and discontents, she realized it was a long list. Not only the overall fatigue and brain fog, but every area seemed to be impacted.

She was completely broke, didn’t like where she was living, her business wasn’t growing, and she felt like she had zero self-confidence. Her health seemed impossible to fix.

The only thing she seemed to have going for her was her brilliant marketing mind and a really nice man she had met, Kyle.

Shortly after the vision workshop learning the Soul Savvy Blueprint, everything started to change. Within 3 weeks, Rebecca reported feeling clearer and more focused than ever before.

“No one had ever given me the tools before. I didn’t actually know I had the power to change my life. I thought I was just stuck in circumstances.”

As Rebecca’s ability to focus on her work increased, her business started to grow. More and more people wanted to use her marketing expertise. And the creative ideas once stymied by brain fog, now came to her day after day.

Wanting to continue this trajectory of growth, Rebecca continued to work with Lauren in her coaching programs. “Once I saw how the vision workshop changed my life, I wanted to explore what I could do with that kind of support every week.”

During this time, Rebecca was thrilled that Kyle asked her to marry him! And Rebecca tapped into something she knew she wanted- to move to the East Coast and start a life for herself and her new fiance.

Using the Soul Savvy tools, Rebecca brought in $80k in increased income from her marketing business, and she and Kyle also bought their dream home!

When Kirsten came to her first Vision Workshop, she felt frustrated and stuck.

She had been in her career as a real estate broker for a long time, was a pillar of her community, always lended a helping hand to others and yet didn’t have the results she wanted.

She felt like there was something wrong with her. In the first 5 months of 2019 she had sold no houses. She felt so sad that all her hard work seemed to be going nowhere.

When she shared her frustrations and lack of confidence through the Vision Wirkshop process, she cried and cried. She was stuck- yet she didn’t feel deserving of wanting more.

Even in her personal life, she dreamed of being more free in her relationships- with her boyfriend, kids, and clients, and dreamed of owning her own home with an ocean view. But it all seemed impossible, and her self-esteem kept tanking.

Kirsten wanted something more for her life and was a model student of the visioning process and the Soul Savvy blueprint. Even though she really didn’t believe she could have more, she decided to borrow Lauren’s belief and put the tools to work.

Fast forward - 2020 was an awesome year for Kirsten! With vision and tools, Kirsten went from selling 1 house in 6 months to selling 13 houses in 2020- a pandemic year when she couldn’t even hold open houses.

And, she fulfilled a lifelong dream of buying her own home! Her dream home does, in fact, have an ocean view from the front patio!

Kirsten is feeling fun and free in confidence. When she looks back she shares, “I have accomplished every single thing I wanted to accomplish when I wrote my first vision! Time for a bigger dream!”

In 2021, Kirsten has already sold more than 10,000,000 worth of real estate, including a home that she helped sell for 600,000 over asking price.

Kirsten loves her relationships, her life and feels more confident, beautiful and happy than ever before!

Paula spent over 20 years in a corporate career, ran her own business for 10 years after that, had a family that she loved, and when her parents needed her, she became their caretaker. 

On paper, she was a completely successful, kind and selfless person.  

The problem was that Paula was becoming totally burnt out and disconnected from herself, and it was becoming unsustainable. 

She said that she was burnt out from decades of work, living on coffee, caretaking, grieving the loss of her parents and not taking care of herself.

And she felt lost, knowing that something needed to change, but had no idea what she even wanted her life to look like, because she had never thought of herself as a priority in that way.

But no matter how focused she was on other people, situations and events, Paula had an infinite soul power within, and it would always seek more expression, expansion and aliveness.

So Paula was never truly lost, she just didn't know what she wanted or how to get it. 

We began coaching together, and I taught Paula how to reconnect to the power of her soul to discover the answers within.

She started walking her dog every day and feeling stronger and healthier. She left the hospice board she was on without feeling guilty about it, and she and her husband started planning his retirement, dreaming up RV trips to take together.

Most importantly, as she allowed her infinite nature to guide and support her life, she started feeling really good about herself, more calm than ever before, and she was thriving beyond what she had ever imagined.

No matter what chapter you are on in your life, it can be better than you ever imagined.

When I met Lauren, I was struggling with doing all the things that was needed to grow my business.  I was feeling frustrated and a part of me was feeling there was something wrong with me.  I used to sit at my desk and cry and have doubt why am I doing this and let me throw in the towel. But there was a part of me that wanted to do this at such a deeper level and really make an impact in the world. 

I have struggled a majority of my life always trying to prove myself. Do more and pour into everyone because there was a part of me always felt that I didn’t deserve it.  A part of me felt that I can’t do it because I am not good enough.  I was taking every course, attended every event and still felt stuck, felt that I had to have another degree to be successful. I was seriously thinking of enrolling into a master’s program to become a therapist.  Because I was feeling if I had this degree, it would help me to attract more clients.

It was the same in my personal life. I was always serving my family and putting myself last because I thought if I do more, they’ll love me. As a young girl I went to boarding school, and there, you have to perform and be of service to be loved. I had done the same thing with my family and my relationship with my husband was on autopilot, and I didn’t feel close to my kids.

I’m so happy and grateful that I found Lauren and Soul Savvy! Through the tools Lauren teaches, I have been able to change my life dramatically!
 

In the last year my business has grown more than 40%! I have had consecutive $10,000 income months. I have become the 6 figure CEO of my business!

 My self confidence has skyrocketed.  I wake up with even more conviction, even more belief in myself that yes, I can do it.  I have truly found my passion, my purpose for my life.  I know that everyday I am living into my purpose and I am filled with the faith and belief that I am changing lives.

My relationship with my husband has grown and deepened so much! He is my biggest cheerleader! We can sit and vision together and have conversations that I felt that I couldn’t before.

My relationships with my kids has become so awesome! The greatest validation was when my daughter shared that “Gosh mom, you are completely lit up and you are a whole new person!”

When I first met Lauren I felt lost.

When COVID hit, I lost all of my support structures. I had been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in 2016 and had gone through a journey of treatments. Now I was healthy but had lost all of my support groups and I had a deep fear of the cancer coming back. I was longing for connection. I still had side effects from the cancer treatment. I wanted to lose weight, but the side effects and COVID lockdowns did not help.

I had retired from being a child advocacy attorney and longed for purpose and felt lost not having any idea what that may be.

I wanted validation and appreciation from my family. I wanted someone to make me feel worthy. My husband was always the breadwinner, and I didn’t feel worthy, like my work was just a hobby. I felt like I kept asking for appreciation and not getting it. I knew that feelings of not being valued and abuse/neglect from childhood were still there. 

Then I attended the Vision Workshop and began working with her. Boy, did that turn everything around and change the trajectory of my life!

Lauren taught me how to vision for real, vibrant health! She showed me the tools to re-pattern my mind and to develop a much more confident and strong self-image.

Since then, I’ve lost 35 pounds and kept it off! I keep having to buy new pants and dresses because the old ones are too big! I no longer have fears about my health. I feel more vibrant and alive than ever before I feel confident that I will continue to thrive!

Lauren helped me discover my next level purpose! I am now an advocate for families going through Lyme Disease diagnosis. I sit on two major Lyme organization boards and have even advocated to congress. The amazing part about this is I had no idea what I wanted when I met Lauren, and just a short time later I am absolutely transformed! It happened way faster and way easier than I could have ever imagined.

My family now tells me how much they appreciate me! They put together a document called “60 Reasons Why We Love You”. My husband also wrote me the most beautiful letter about how much he loves and appreciates me. They are really just mirroring back to me what I now feel about myself, I am loved and I am worthy!

I was totally discouraged and felt paralyzed. I was on a leadership path in job I should be grateful for but I didn't want it anymore and that scared me. I felt an obligation to stay in this job because my family was so proud of me. I didn’t want to let down or disappoint anyone and embarrass myself. I started to get migraines from this corporate job but still had to sit at my computer all day.

I was afraid to do the things I wanted to do. I dreamed of going on a book tour, taking groups on retreats to Kenya and growing my side business, a coaching business, but I was too exhausted and stressed and didn’t have the bandwidth to do it.

My relationship with my fiancé was suffering. I kept putting off getting married and having bad mood swings with him. I felt horrible but I just couldn’t deal with everything.

I am so glad I started working with Lauren! It’s been everything I needed and she’s been there with me every step of the way.

She helped me get the courage up to leave my corporate job. Yay! I felt a wave of relief and all the heaviness floated away. Now I have so much energy for creativity and the things I love!

My business exploded with twice as much money as the previous year of coaching after leaving my job! I feel so much more on purpose! Now I  am investing in what I love- business, relationships, and I went on my book tour! Now I feel like my cup is filled…before it always felt like there was a leak in it.

My life is so rewarding and I feel like a kid again. I have so much gratitude that I get to do work I love to do.

Lauren also helped me to lean into my relationship, and I married the love of my life! We now get to work from home, have lunch together everyday, and have fun together. I feel so at peace with all of the decisions I’ve made and everything that’s happening.

And, I am fulfilling the dream of taking a group of coaching clients on a powerful retreat to Kenya!

On paper, Lacey had it all. Some would say she had a “perfect” life. She had a great husband, adorable baby girl, Quinn and was a partner at the most prestigious law firm in her area of practice. 

She had gotten to the top, but day to day life wasn’t fulfilling. She said to me, “I have everything, and I’m miserable.”

She was working 80 hours a week, every week and couldn’t even eat dinner with her family for an hour without responding to emails.

She was missing out on the best years of Quinn’s life and was so stressed and overworked she was sick and breaking out in rashes.

This lifestyle was unsustainable, but when I talked to her about leaving the firm and doing something else, she said “People don’t do that.”

No one who makes it to the top in law just walks away. It wasn’t something that was done- ever.

So as Lacey and I began coaching together, she not only had to discover what she would love, she had to unravel decades of beliefs around what was even possible.

But she did it.

Today Lacey has started her own practice, and LOVES it. To her surprise, 30 clients followed her and continue to give her referrals!

She picks Quinn up from school every day, and they have time to go to the playground or out for ice cream. She also has a “mom friend” from school, and was excited by how fulfilling it is just to be able to make new friends again. 

She is able to make her own schedule, eat dinner with her family every night, and have weekends free to make great memories. 

She is absolutely in love with her life.

Lacey had no idea how to escape the grind she found herself in, and never thought it would be possible to work less, enjoy life more and still have a six-figure income.

But she did it all in less than a year and is an inspiration to anyone who thinks that change may be impossible.

Alan was savvy.

He had a $43 million real estate business in 2019.

But when he came to me he was having migraines every single day.

He told me that when he was driving in his car from appointment to appointment he couldn’t think straight, and even though he was technically succeeding, he was stressed all the time.

Worst of all, he was missing out on time with his daughter KC. He longed to be with her more but didn't know how.

Alan was very Savvy, but the Soul was missing from his life.

He had the money to buy vacation homes, but he didn’t actually believe he could take a day off work, let alone take a vacation.

But as we worked together and Alan learned the Soul Savvy results formula, everything shifted.

He was willing to apply the tools and try something new, and from where he is standing today, he would need a telescope to look back and see 2019.

He’s healthy and working out every day, he's not killing himself with work, and the migraines have virtually stopped.

He bought his dream home in the Zephyr Cove area of Lake Tahoe, and he and KC get to go on vacations together and spend real quality father-daughter time without distractions. 

And when he talks about his life now, there's no sign of that stressed out guy.

When I asked him if his brain was still congested and overwhelmed, he said, "Lauren I feel clear. Everything is clear to me."

And here's the thing that's so surprising about being both soulful and savvy- your savvy actually increases the more soulful you become.

Alan's business went from $43 million in 2019 to $70 million in 2020- a pandemic year when he couldn’t even hold open houses.

Even though he's working less hours and taking vacations, his results have improved.

And he’s been manifesting even more in 2021. He just got a referral for a $23 million listing.

When Stacie created her first vision she did not believe she could have it. She felt like it was just a fairy tale or fantasy land activity.

As an accomplished emergency room doctor at one of the most prestigious hospitals in the country, she believed in science, and this felt a little woo-woo to her. 

It was very challenging for Stacie to dream of more for herself. She didn’t believe in herself, had very low self esteem, and believed the relationship she was in was “the best she could get.”

At 39 and wanting to have children, she was afraid to leave the relationship for fear her dreams of being a mom would never come true.

She felt very undeserving of anything better for herself. She was at a crossroads- her boyfriend wanted to buy a home with her, and she had decisions to make. 

Using the Soul Savvy tools, Stacie began to build a deep sense of connection to her higher self, her worth and an expanding self-confidence. Even though a part of her didn’t believe that her life could change, she stuck with the process of working with her vision and the tools.

A crucial decision moment came for Stacie. She was moving into her boyfriend’s home so they could look for houses together.

She got to the front door, boxes in her hand, and a thought rose up from deep down inside of her: "I am more than this. I am worth more. I deserve to love my life! I can have more than this."

She walked away and never looked back.

Stacie was on a roll. When her realtor asked if she wanted to stop looking for houses now that she was single, she told the realtor “Absolutely not! I don’t want to revert to old patterns. I want to believe I can have this on my own.”

Again, Stacie couldn’t believe how strong she had become! And miraculously, Stacie found and purchased her own home, as a single woman, that she absolutely loves in one of the most expensive areas of the country.

She shared, “I feel so confident now. I am open to dating again and even hired a matchmaker! I know I am worthy of love and a wonderful relationship now. This process works!”
